"We needed our daughter's car towed and would normally have called AAA. But since we've had State Farm insurance, their customer service and care have been exceptional so we decided to request roadside assistance through them on the State Farm app. First of all, navigating the State Farm app was lightyears easier and we could actually input a specific address for them to locate us. I changed the contact information to my daughter's name and phone number and the driver contacted her directly, which was helpful, so we weren't in the middle passing the information along. Second, our daughter said the driver was super nice and friendly. He arrived quicker than the time frame specified and brought the vehicle from Philadelphia up to Bucks County. I can't even begin to thank State Farm for their help, how easy they have made requesting roadside assistance, and the genuinely friendly nature of all the team members we've talked with. And notice that I said talked with. We didn't have to wait on hold or push a million prompts to get a person on the phone. Our experience with State Farm was truly refreshing and we look forward to working with them for years to come. If you don't already have State Farm auto insurance, you should seriously consider switching to them!"

"Customer service here sucks. Avoid doing business with them unless it is Henry himself. He is a nice young man but the people he has working for him, it’s like they are paying you to buy from them and don’t care about giving you good service."
